Worst birthday party ever

We did enjoy our private area and the bowling and laser tag. Donovan was very nice. However, We won't be back or recommending the facility to anyone. The points were not working. It said points were added to our cards but when we checked them, it said 0. We were not told our table was only from 5-530. I was under the impression we had it until 7pm. Our entire party was thirsty after laser tag. I was told to look for a table downstairs but with your "private party" there was nothing. We were also not told that we had unlimited play in the arcade until a certain time. We were told we had $10 to spend so most people left right after. I'm very disappointed that you would book that size party on a day with a birthday party. People kept coming in our area. All the games were taken and it was ridiculously loud. The birthday girl wanted a slushie. We couldn't due to the private party. We ended up going to 711. Worst of all. The bathrooms. Women's room had no toilet paper. Men's room toilets were covered in poop so my son (4) couldn't use them. The smaller urinals were covered in plastic so my son still couldn't use them. I'm very very very disappointed in this entire experience.
